As head of the accounting department, he oversees financial operations, including bond procurement and both short- and long-term financial planning. A graduate of Transylvania University, Ted plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth.

Justin oversees construction activities, project management, and estimating for all company projects. With many years of experience in site work and utility construction, Justin brings a deep understanding of the industry. Having grown up in the business, he carries forward a strong legacy.

With hands-on experience in erosion control, earthwork, and storm sewer construction, he brings a deep understanding of the trade. As Galen's son, he’s been operating heavy equipment since the day his feet could reach the pedals.
